Services

Hoarder Cleanup Co provides professional hoarding cleanup, biohazard remediation, crime scene cleanup, mold remediation, odor removal, and specialized decontamination services in the Greater Houston, Texas area.

Service Estimates and Pricing

  • All service estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site assessment.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of assessment.
  • Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if the scope of work changes during the project.
  • Any changes to the scope of work and associated costs will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, property details, and the nature of services provided. Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose information about your situation to any third party without your express written consent, except as required by law.

Liability and Insurance

Hoarder Cleanup Co is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Our liability coverage protects both our team and your property during the cleanup process. In the event of accidental damage to your property during service, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the property and situation during assessment.
  • Inform us of any known hazards, legal issues, or special circumstances.
  • Secure pets and ensure safe access to the property.
  • Designate a point of contact for decision-making during the project.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency situations are exempt from this policy.

Item Disposition

During hoarding cleanup, items are categorized into Keep, Donate, Recycle, and Dispose. We will not discard items deemed potentially valuable without client authorization. Items designated for donation are delivered to local charitable organizations. Clients may request documentation of donated items for tax purposes.

Hazardous Materials

All biohazardous materials are handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with OSHA regulations and applicable state and federal laws. We maintain all required certifications for handling hazardous biological materials.
